Crusted Halibut (serves 4)
Halibut 6oz(4)
Parmesan;grated 1cup(250ml)
Almonds;fine chop 1cup(250ml)
whole eggs(large) 2
butter;unsalted 2Tbsp(60ml)
salt&pepper as needed
1)Wash Halibut under cold water, dry with papper towl. Heat oven to 350F.
2)Whisk up the eggs in a bowl. put almonds and parmesan in a bowl and mix until
evenly distributed.
3)Season the Halibut with the salt and pepper. pinch of each on both sides of
the Halibut should suffice.
4)In a large saute pan heat up 1tbsp(30ml) of butter on high, While that is
heating dredg the Halibut in the egg then in the parm/almond mixture.
5)place two 6oz Halibut "steaks"

Beer Vinegar sauce Recipe
beer vinegar sauce w/ capers
Sleeman honey brown beer 1cup(250ml)
Raspberry wine vinegar 200ml
honey 80ml
capers;drained 80ml
1)In a sauce pan reduce the beer and vinegar to 3/4 of the amount. Rough chop
the capers.
2)Stir in the honey and reduce to half the total amount.
3)Add the capers. Cook for 1 minute.
4)Use sauce.

I just added my first little recipe that i made with random and left over food in my fridge.
i enjoyed the sauce alot that i'll prolly use it in other recipes.
